Know the position. Protect the outcome.
Independent development assurance for lenders and capital providers exposed to residential development risk, from assessment and monitoring through intervention and recovery.
Development risk rarely appears all at once.

Built for the people inside lenders who must make, monitor and defend decisions on development exposure.
Material, not exhaustive. Evidenced, not anecdotal. Commercial, not merely technical. Forward-looking, not retrospective. Actionable, and defensible inside the institution.

Specialist assurance for development projects that may not have institutional-scale project teams, but still carry institutional-scale risk.
MakeSure doesn't replace the QS, PM, valuer, lawyer or your internal asset and credit team. Each of them reports through their own lens: cost, value, contract, programme, position. MakeSure provides the independent development judgement between that reporting: connecting cost, programme, delivery, quality, approvals, sales and exit into one view of the project's position, what it means for the capital, and what should happen next.
The question isn't whether each report is correct. It's whether, taken together, they tell you the truth about the development.

Assess. Assure. Intervene. Deliver.
One methodology across the full lifecycle of exposure, from new transaction, through performing and watch-list, to recovery.

MakeSure Projects brings together hands-on residential development experience with institutional finance and risk capability. Built from experience on both sides of the equation, delivering developments and understanding risk, MakeSure provides lenders and capital providers with an independent view of a project's position, trajectory and what should happen next.

Prash brings hands-on residential development experience, leading projects across acquisition, feasibility, finance, design, procurement, construction, sales and completion. His experience comes from being directly accountable for development outcomes: managing builders, budgets, programmes, consultants, sales and the practical decisions required to get projects delivered.

Anu brings extensive experience across finance, risk and governance, including roles with PwC, Ambulance Victoria and the Victorian Building Authority. Her experience brings an institutional risk lens to MakeSure, strengthening how project information is assessed, challenged and translated into clear, disciplined reporting for lenders and capital providers.
MakeSure also works alongside an associated building and delivery team, brought in project by project as the work requires.
The MakeSure 9 instrument
Nine lenses create one development view. The value isn't scoring each category: it's understanding how the risks interact. Select a lens.
A project can report green while MakeSure reports low information confidence.
From one project to a portfolio relationship
MakeSure Partner: development assurance, on call, across origination, performing loans, watch-list assets and recovery, using one methodology and one reporting language.
The earlier a shift shows up, the more options remain.
